    Hi Guys

Any idea's? had to reload my PC after it crashed, came up saying I had used up my 5 accounts. Followed the webpage: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420

Issue is now when I try to sync my iphone it still asks me to authorize. when I try to authorize it gives me the error saying I have used up my 5 accounts.

If I click on Store and Authorize This Computer, I fill in the data and it says I have only used up 1 of my 5 computers??

Any idea's what the hell is going on? use the same email address for both but they seem to have different passwords????

As mentioned I have already done this and still get this error. It seems to refer to the iphone apps and not the music? I didnt think these where different ID's?

If you have deauthorised all, authorised the computer and it is still asking you to authorise when you are syncing then something it is trying to sync was purchased with a different iTunes Store account. Does it mention what item it is stalling at in the grey bar on the top of the iTunes window?

Ok when I try to sync get the following:

This computer is no longer authorized for apps that are installed on the iPhone "phone name". Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?

    So I click on Authorize

Then after I type in password etc I get

You cannot authorize more than 5 computers

    Rest of message

    Any ideas??????

Went through a few free apps, RTE News, Sky News, Google Earth, etc and took them off phone

Then started to delete the music I had bought off iTunes off the phone as well and saying the phone is not authorized

Hmm. If its not saying which apps its getting stuck on, then the only things you can really do are to check which account you are signed into on the phone (Settings > Store) or check the apps you have on your computer and see if any that are on the phone were purchased with a different account. Unfortunately, search won't do it so you'll need to right click on each app, select Get Info and check the Account field.

Oh yeah I copied and pasted my iTunes folder from old PC to new one, could this be an issue?

Only if another iTunes Store account was ever used with that user account in that computer.
