Turn Off AutoRenew option Greyed out - Cannot click it

    Hi,

    I have a domain that will automatically renew in coming days. I don't want it to automagically renew.

    I have googled how to prevent it, and found a post by Blacknight, telling me to go to LINK
    Billing >> Manage Domains >> Click on the Domain name >> Turn on/off AutoRenew
    When i go there, The "Turn Off AutoRenew Option" Button is greyed out.

    How can i bypass this?
