Thinking of trading in a TVR Tuscan...

I'm only new to this site, a few guys at work told me about it. So know nothing about it.

Anyway, I own a 00' TVR Tuscan, 4.0 engine, 31K on the clock, 1 owner, service history, really lovely car to drive. Unfortunately has to go, have a kid on the way. Thinking of trading it in for a Maserati Quattroporte, but some guys at work said its not the type of car someone my age would drive. I like it but, is it an "old mans" car, as they call it. I'm looking for a 4 door car, Quattroporte or similar. For myself, but the wife will get the occasional trip to the shops in it :)
Any ideas guys ? Is the Quattroporte an "old mans" car ?

    ...Or an E60 M5?

Or.....keep the tuscan and buy a cheaper car or suv as the family car?

Don't let the guys at work decide what car you are getting!

Quattroporte is a class car, tags such as 'old mans car', or 'girls car' drive me mad. A car is either good or bad!!

Not an old mans car in the slightest, watch the first season of Entourage for encouragement. :D

I vow to have one within the next 5 years.

Fair play to you OP. Most people around here (me included) hum and haw about changing cars. Clearly you're a man of action and know how to make a snap decision. You traded it in overnight ! What confuses me though is that it now has two owners. Do you think that the garage maybe put themselves down as an owner on the log book ?

So, whats the Quattroporte like ? Is it fantastic ? What colour did you go for ?
