CLASSIC CAR RUN 18TH SEPTEMBER 2011

    Hi, would anybody be interested in a Classic Car Sunday drive with me from Dublin to Athlone on Sunday 18th September 2011 in their Classic Car?
    So we’d meet at Halfords Liffey Valley, Dublin at 11am and head to The Hudson Bay Hotel, Athlone in convoy, have a bite of lunch admire the scenery and the cars and head back to Dublin at about 3pm.
    I picked Athlone because it’s a central location in Ireland and if you live in other parts of the country you could arrange to meet up at the Hudson Bay Hotel, Athlone for around 1pm if you want.
    Anyway, it’s just an idea before the winter nights sneak up on us! ####!

    You might also be interested in Malahide Classic & Vintage Car Show next Sunday 21st August in Malahide Cricket Club which is allowing cars onto its pitch for one time only prior to bulldozers moving in to redevelop it. All for charity. See www.malahidelions.com/carshow.htm

    We at TCOC have a major run organised that weekend. All cars are very welcome to join us for any part of the journey. Accomodation at the venues we are staying at is full though.

    Basic Details

    Friday Dublin, Leopardstown to Cobh via Clonmel and Dungarvan
    Saturday Cobh to Galway via Mallow and Limerick
    Sunday Galway to Ballyshannon via Spiddal, Westport & Castlebar
    Monday Ballyshanon to Dublin, Leoparstown via Lifford, Strabane and Monaghan
