    It fell out :(

If anyone knows where I could pick up a replacement...or...well....any advice would be appreciated. I'll see if I can get a hi res pic. No idea what broke to make it fall out

    Edit:

Found the parts I need on Airsoft GI. They don't ship to Ireland though? This makes me a sad panda.

Can you post a link to the part you are missing

What manufacturer made your Glock? Some manufacturers are better than others, but you can go direct to them for parts etc. They'll give you a reasonable quote in and around 3 working days. KJ works are excellent in that regard. Not sure about some of the others, as I've never had to investigate.

I think I could be missing this piece http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=256_258&products_id=4155

and also perhaps a bit of a very small spring. Though I'm not sure.

    It's a KWA afaik.

The selector still works. However, I pulled back the slide to put a bb in the chamber as usual, and the selector lever just fell out; I also heard a small object bounce across the floor, which I didn't see, and have been unable to recover (though I doubt it was a bb as there was one still in the chamber).

I placed the selector lever back in and it still 'selects' however it's not being held in, and if u wiggle the pistol on it's side it falls out. It also doesn't 'select' with the same 'click'. It's very loose.

I've a good few pistols, however I'm unfamiliar with the glock and I'm not really sure what piece I need to replace, or if I can just glue the selector lever back in.

You are correct there is a small ball as per your link which gives the selector lever a positive click when it selects
You can see the notches that the ball engages in in the slide and yes there is a small spring that fits in the selector lever to press the ball into the notches

You have probably lost the retaining pin the keeps the selector lever in place
It is visible if you look at the rear of the slide and is held in place by a small grub screw the is located under the rear sight
Slide the sight to the right to find the screw, you will need a .9mm allen key to tighten it
If the retaining pin is still there it just needs to be pushed all the way home and the grub screw tightened and checked regularly
If it is missing and it probably is then you will need a replacement

Thanks very much for the help DeBurca! Found that small bearing on evike which as far as I remember ship here. So will pick that up.

As for the grub screw located under the rear sight, that isn't there, nor is the retaining pin :(. Any idea where I'd get a replacement?

Edit: I'll try and get some pics up tomorrow. All i have atm is a 1mpix cam phone :(

Hi Konfusion sorry for the delay in getting back to you but I have been up to my naughty bit with work

Anyway I finally got the time to make you the retaining pin and I also managed to get a ball for positive location of the selector lever, it is a wee bit smaller than the original but it should do, I cannot locate a screw but two out of three aint bad

Drop me a PM with your address and I will pop them in the post Monday
