Excel question

Is it posible to have Excel display one value in a cell while the true value is actually different?

It's kind of hard to explain why I want to do this. I know that I could turn off auto calculate and change the cell values but I'd prefer something that's less of a bodge.

Put the true value in Cell A1 Sheet2 and do your calculations e.g. subtract 10 B1"=SUM(A1-10)".

    Then on Sheet1, A1"=Sheet2!B1".

    Then hide\lock Sheet2.

Note: any changes you make to Sheet2 B1 will automatically be reflected in Sheet1 A1.

    Dodgy dealings done!
