Looking to sell an engagement ring.

Got it valued a couple of years ago for €1300,

    1) Where is the best place to go?
    2) Will I get what it's valued at?

    Thanks

    Try ebay.

Taking into account jewellers mark up of 150% on the wholesale price, if you want to sell to a jeweller, you would be talking of around €4/500.

Sorry that things did not work out for you.

Better holding on to it. The difference in the buying price and the selling price is ridiculous, Maybe someday you can pass it on to a daughter or daughter in Law.

Lots of people don't like to buy rings from a broken engagement deeming them unlucky.

I have see wedding dresses for sale never worn, Now that is sad

Try adverts.ie or ebay but you won't get what it is valued at as that is not the 2nd hand market value.
