Argh!! Due to the football, my recording of last nights Homer episode was cut short. What happened at the end???? I got as far as the interview with the Irish guy explaining that they needed the money for keeping up the house.......

It never sold. The painting is still disputed. The painting is still being held by Sotheby's. Both parties are due to go to court over it in New York. Simon Murray now says his family are planning to keep the painting if the courts rule in their favour.

Aw, that's so unfair. He was so sneaky "we happened to be on holiday in NY" He could have easily made him self known to them earlier and opened negotiations. Made for great TV though. You couldn't make the story up.
