I am on JSB, and I believe will be able to get an odd day work here and there, maybe 1 day this week, 2 days next week, none for next two weeks and then a day the following week.

What will this mean for my claim?

Will I go on the part time dockets, where i fill in which days I worked and didn't work, or what will the scenario be?

Go to your local social office there is a form for your employer to fill in,you will then go on the dockets (X,O).

If I am on theose xo dockets though, and I got no work in say 3 weeks, would that be a problem? Do I have to do a day every week?

Nope, just fill in the days you do work, even if you don't work for weeks, its no problem once you fill out the forms correctly

is it still necessary to have the dockets signed by employer every week?? i havent been on dockets since 2008, not sure if the rules have changed since then...

Only you are required to sign the dockets.

    Hi, quick question.
Was on the full dole till about 2 months ago. Got fulltime work so came off the dole for a month.
I'm now on casual time. I sent in all necessary forms signed by employer along with first week's docket over a week ago. I got a form from social welfare in the post today asking me to supply evodence of applying for full time position. They've clearly messed up have they? Ie I have a job, it's not full time, I simply need my benefit claim reopened. They now have 3 dockets from me and they send me this form! No coordination whatsoever!
