9,000e to spend on new car

Right the story is i have budget of 9,000e to spend on my first car. 27 year old male have been driving parents car up untill now have full license.

Not sure what to get or even how to go about things. Living in west of ireland.

Would love some help/tips/recomendations from anyone.

Had been thinking along the lines of a focus,golf or astra sport

ideally looking for a black car.

any help greatly appreciated
