    Hi all,

I've quite a worrying problem and i hope someone can help.

During and after construction of my house (all legal and above board) i found out that my neighbour has taken photos of my property from her back garden and stated in her own words and wrote on the photos that she submitted to a board committee that she had taken the photos from her property. Is this a breach of my privacy as i feel very uncomfortable with this and can i follow up on this matter with a good outcome?

    All replies are very welcome.
    Kind regards

If taking a photo of your property was a breach of privacy then Google Street View wouldn't exist, they have effectively photographed millions of homes without the permission of the owners.

What's the 'board committee' that you're referring to and what is her beef with you? You mention that the photos were taken 'during and after construction', did she object to the building of your house but just miss the deadline for lodging a planing objection?
