I'm running low on omega 3 capsules

can anyone recommend a new supply, I'm currently taking these

but I'm thinking on changing to either this or this , any thoughts suggestions?

theres also this which I'm considering, not a fish oil, any advantage/disadvantage to this?

    thanks

I've been using these now for a while :
    http://www.simplysupplements.net/product/103/omega-3-1000mg/
Great value imo and never had probs with delivery

I've used Holland and Barrett capsules followed by three iHerb products:
    • the Carlson Labs you linked to
    • the Natural Factors rxOmega Capsules
    • the Natures Answer Orange flavour liquid

When I'm finished the Natures Answer product, I'm going back to Carlsons as it tastes the nicest and is of a very high quality.

That simplysupplements product has 300mg total EPA/DHA content per capsule meaning that one teaspoonful of the Carlsons contains more than what you would get in 4 capsules.

If you haven't ordered from iHerb before, I've PM'd you a link that will get you $5 off your first order.
