Fatcheese Claims/Tracking

    Hoping im not in the wrong forum here! I recently started using Fatcheese to get some cashback from websites i had already been regularly using. Since the start of the year i have submitted 9 claims. Only one of these is resolved from 16th March (resolved 1st July). 7 of the other claims are "pending" and some date back as far as March/April too! Does anyone know any way to "help" the tracker, i generally clear cookies, history and go back through fatcheese login and then onto the site i want but it doesnt seem to do anything.

    These claims havent even appeared on my statement yet where there are another 4 "pending" ones, 2 of which are March, April!!

    Am i the only one who seems to have very bad tracking luck or what are others expierences? Id be interested to hear of other sites which do the same thing but which actually award what they promise is a decent timeframe!
