Belfast - Recommend a city centre hotel

I'd like to spend a bit of time in the city centre over the next few months, will be driving from Dublin, so need a hotel with a car park, as I'd like to just leave the car for the duration and do the bus tours, shopping, etc.........3 star would be ok, but 4 star preferable...........would appreciate names of nice hotels…
