    Hi all
Will be in Dublin next week, staying in the ballsbridge area. Any recommendations for a hairdressers for a good blow dry in or near Ballsbridge please? Don't really want to head into the city centre

There's Trim on Shelbourne Road, the owner/head stylist and colourist is called Dara. She's very good, but horrendously overpriced. I paid over €70 for a basic trim and blow dry last time. Mind you, that was well over a year ago so she may have brought her prices in line by now.

Toni and Guy in Sandymount, about a 20 minute walk from Merrion Road, is also an option. I have my first appointment with them on Thursday so I'll let you know what I think!

There's also a Peter Marks in Merrion shopping centre, never been there myself though.

Can't think of anymore just now, hopefully you've enough options to start off with here though :)

I have had my hair done in Dee Bees a few times......always found them very good. Coming from the city it's on the left hand side just after the bridge. It's upstairs over Heminways.

That's gone now, and is Trim on Shelbourne Road :) They moved about a year or two ago, I think.

I was really happy with them! I went for a cut and colour having never coloured my hair before. They were lovely and friendly, took plenty of time with me to discuss what I wanted. I'll definitely go back to them :)

Will be in Ballsbridge in November.. just want some basic barrel/ghd curls. Would Trim be the best option? Don't know that area at all :-/

Trim is great for cut and/or colour. They used to have a girl who was fantastic at styling, but I have no idea if they still employ her. Toni and guy in sandymount told me they have a wonderful stylist but because she's a trainee she's cheap enough; might be worth calling them to see if she's still around?
