    Hi,

I'm looking to get an insert stove for our fire place. I need a non-boiler one.

Has anyone any feedback on how good the Mulberry Stoker is?

    Any ideas on cost?

    Boobar

Just recently got a Clearview Pioneer stove from http://www.countydownstovesandflues.co.uk/ http://www.clearviewstoves.com/

    Excellent service and installation.

Talk to David there,he knows his stuff.:)

    Hi Boobar,
I got a Mulberry Stoker fitted recently but only having the opportunity to really test it now! Its been brilliant over the last week anyway, a reasonably small amount of fuel heats the whole sitting room and kitchen. Cost me around 750 for the stove, and another 800 for the work involved in installation (this included removing an old fireplace and back boiler, making and fitting a new slate surround and hearth, cleaning chimney, fitting stove, replastering and taking away all the rubbish). So I'd definitely recommend it. A friend has the Boru Croi Beag which has a smaller heat output (I think 4kw) and loves that too.

I had a Stovax Riva 66 multifuel inset stove installed.

Great stove and great heat out of it.

I burn logs and peat briquettes in it.

Very happy with it so far.:)
