The more i read the more confused I get....
I need a new TV for an extra room I have 3 sky boxes and I dont want any more bills !
I went looking at TVs and I'd like one that receives everything from both sides of the border and can also take a dongle so I can watch things from RTE player etc. so my question is...
can any 37" LCD do this for around 500 euro or less ?
am i better off getting a set top box or a free to air dish ?
whats the ideal setup for max channels without bills ?
many questions I know but I may look at ditching sky if i get enough channels
    for free,thanks:)

to find out what channels you will have without a sky sub, unplug a sky box, remove viewing card and plug back in .

List of Saorview approved products here - http://www.saorview.ie/products-retailers/saorview-approved-product-listings/, which will also receive the UK freeview channels if you're within range of a UK freeview transmitter - border region etc (2 aerials required for both Saorview & Freeview).

A Freesat receiver will also give you the UK channels using your existing Sky dish.

i believe any Sony bravia model ending with a three will solve the problem.
