I'm just curious-what's the difference between a facial wash and a facial cleanser? Or is there any difference? which one is better for your skin? Thanks!

With a face wash, you'll be washing your face so it's soapy which may dry out your skin. A cleanser is a lotion so better if you've got dry skin.
