I am an existing sky customer and I am interested in subscribing to ESPN. I am just wondering what the minumum amount of time I must sign up for is???

I am also interested in getting a sky receiver for my bedroom (I think its around an extra 15 euro a month I might be wrong its a while since I checked the prices). Im wondering does that pick up everything thats on the main Sky box or does it just pick up the standard sky chanels???

Bassically what I am asking is would I be able to pick up ESPN from my bedroom??

At the moment if you subscribe to Sports 1 & 2 packages you get ESPN for free. This has only come available recently.

To get ESPN as a single package, I think you can subscribe and unsubscribe like any other Sky package i.e. you are not tied into a 12 month contract.

With multiroom you get all the channels you have subscribed to on your main TV/subscription so you'll get ESPN if you subscribe.

ESPN is now free if you have Sky Sports 1+2. Thread here http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056330548

The multiroom box mirrors what you have on the main box, simply put whatever channels you pay for on the main box then you get them on the multiroom box.It will cost €15 per month for multiroom for existing customers.

ESPN costs €16 per month as a standalone sub.AFAIK they don't have a minimum contract anymore.

I signed up for an Espn subscription a couple of months ago.

It's been free on sky from 19th of July (if you have sky sports)but they charged me for it again this month but I rang them last night and they're going to refund me.

So for anyone who has been paying a subscription charge make sure you check your bill!

When I signed up a couple of months ago there was no long contract and I could cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice so I presume it's still the same for customers without sky sports.
