    Hi,

If i was to buy an electric shower in the UK could it be used in Ireland. Would there be a problem with fittings etc?

    Thanks

Just to let you know most Irish distributors will not honour the warranty.

But there no problem using the imported shower here.

I thought maybe there would be a problem with the connection of the unit to the Irish water pipes (not sure of the correct term, i mean the pipe to take the water to the shower unit). Do the UK use different size pipes?

You will need a 15mm compresion connection and put a Irish 1/2 ring/olive in on the Irish side.
