Aer Lingus wouldn't be allowed to adopt the British Airways speedbird logo.

On topic, numbers 7 and 9 look to be the smartest to me. Good work with these mock ups.

Problem with #1 is that the shamrock looks like a Geisha or some odd Kabuki character.

0 1 for me ... cost wise it would be a big project for a fleet of 45 planes . how old is the currant paint job... ryanair need a paint up grade big time...

livery 8......tail job is very striking and wouldnt cost an arm/leg to retro paint the fleet. Painting aircraft to different colours is mega bucks.

7 or 8 for me.Number one looks like a type of livery you would find on a cargo DC-8.

Well number 1 is my vote. It reminds me of the Vietnam Airlines livery. Not 100% on the stylised shamrock though.

Second place goes to 8, it is a simple modern update to the current livery.

I strongly dislike 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14.

The modified livery 001 is my favourite.

In livery 002, where did they get the Emerald Island from? It was always the Emerald Isle.

I thought no.1 was good at first in the Photo's thread but I then realised that it was too dull and dark for an airline that already has a bright green.

Also for some reason I feel that anyone who vote's for no.8 is just doing so for cost reasons. Imo the current one it even better then 8.

7 is a kind of nostalgic take on two older liveries. 8 gets 2nd vote, but imo 7 wins hands down.

cant see what you see in 7. It looks like a bastardized paint scheme of when the 747s they used to have were on contact with Lan Chile......white with green down the back....the Shamrock is the old type and I dont think they want to go all retro again. Changing a fleets paint scheme is mental money, whereas 8 fits in with what's current yet the shamrock in its enlarged size make s a big splash.

Really like 001. I also think 002 is a good design (with the exception of Welcome to the Emerald Island... wtf). It wouldn't work for a fleet, but for a one-off it would work: mountains, low clouds and a blue sky above. Seems about right!
