Ballinastoe Warning

    Got my car broken into today in Ballinastoe. Just a heads up for anyone who might be up that way. 2 fat scumbags in tracksuits in a metallic blue D-reg laguna. They got nothing from mine, but got a few other cars, managed to slice loads of the wiring when disabling the immobilizer + central locking though :mad:

    This is really getting out of hand! I thought Ballinastoe would be safe enough with all the coming and going but obviously not! What time of day did it happen? Hope you reported it to the guards?

    Sorry to hear that mate, b*stards have to ruin anything decent in this country.:mad:

    I've heard break-ins have been n the increase there lately, I'll give it a miss for a while and go to Ticknock instead:(

    Thanks lads. Yeah, reported it to the guards but I didn't get the full licence plate so there wasn't much for them to go on.

    It happened at about 5 in the evening, and I interrupted them when they were having a go at a van parked up. They must have heard me coming down the hill and legged it.

    Ah sure, nobody was hurt and insurance should hopefully cover it - could be worse

    Pity there's no CCTV there. Wouldn't mind paying for parking even if there was supervised car parking. Great facility there that is ruined by a few nackers
