Driving Question

Ive just recently started playing golf and I had a terrible slice when I drive. Got a few lessons and I have sorta got rid of the slice but when I drive now I get alot of hight but no distance. Once I hit it it feels and looks like a good drive but when it comes down I acutally havent hit it that far. Am I teeing the ball up to high or does that make a difference? The odd time I will just connect properly and get a masssive drive but most of the time its just up in the air

sounds like that alright.. about half the ball should be showing over the driver when you rest the driver behind it.Have a look around for tees that suit your driver. I have tees that have a lip on them half way up so i know how much to put then in the ground so i dont tee it up to high...

check the ball marks face of your driver after you hit each ball, and use this mark to set your tee height.
Anything else is swing and setup, go back to your pro for the next part of lesson.
