Whey Protein - Fibre Content?

    Is there any fibre in whey protein? I use Impact Whey Concentrate from myProtein, as do a few friends.

    One friend has been in hospital with stomach issues and has been advised to eat little, or no, fibre. He's asked me this question.

    Is he fine with Impact Whey Concentrate or should he switch to Impact Whey Isolate?

    There is no fibre in Impact Whey. Isolate just has higher protein per gram, less fat and sugar

    Impact Whey Protein, its very tasty. I like vanilla flavour. Its very nice.
