    I bought a phone (PAYG) on their online store on Tuesday morning, expecting it to be delivered yesterday. No such luck. I then got an email today stating that they had cancelled my order (no reason given). So now I have no phone and I have to wait for them to refund me before I can order one. I emailed them asking when I'd be refunded but they haven't gotten back to me.

    I've decided that when I am refunded I'm just going to buy the phone on Amazon sim free and swap networks. I wouldn't mind if it was just a case that the phone I ordered wasn't in stock but the lack of communication and clarification is pissing me off.
