I love my job. I Have been there here for 4 month now

My boss is a bit of a dog, no no let me rephrase that he is a male.
He cheat on his wife, he cheat on his mistress with his girlfriends all at the same time.
He likes thin women. I'm new to country from eastern europe
Yet now he hugging me when we alone in the backroom of office where I work.
Last time we were alone he hugged me and started to grind his hips into mine, I stood there frozen, I thought he would kiss me.
I very frightened and intimated by this incredibly intelligent, powerful and wealthy man. He play by his own rules. Is powerful and rich enough to make them happen.
I not deluding myself in thinking he finds me attractive, he just wants me because I am here fromeastern europe and have little friend. He likes to have sex after hours with clean staff I here.

He say I have no education and no one hire me if he tell them
I looking for a new job, yes, will it be hard to find the same pay and some of the perks I have yes.

Should I havce have sex with him?. I guess if I was more practical I could and take advantage of the situation. I need job.

Ok guys, some advice please. Sometimes I have to stay late with him.

Your boss is a complete and utter disgusting sleaze bag!

You should NOT sleep with him.

What you describe in terms of his actions towards you is sexual harassment and is illegal in Ireland both generally and in terms of employment law.

I appreciate that the job and the income derived from same is important/essential to you and that jobs are generally scarce at the moment.

What kind of job is it? Do you have a contract of employment? Do you pay taxes etc..? i.e. are you in formal employment?

please take a look at the information on the website below and think about how you progress from here.

First thing to do though is to keep a personal diary with dates and times and descriptions of all of the inappropriate behavior he displays towards you. Perhaps once you have some incidents recorded you could give him a verbal warning regarding his treatment of you.

Whatever you do though, don't sleep with him, you are not a prostitute and he has no right to hold sex as a sword over your head regarding your employment. This is not how Ireland works (or should work). You have rights, as a worker, as a woman, as a person - exercise them and don't ruin your mental state by putting up with this.

It's a sad reflection on Ireland that you have come here to experience that, but believe not all employers, bosses, men behave in such a fashion.
