    If I were in your shoes, I'd ask him straight out what's going on.

    Anyway, do you really want to get involved with a guy who is moving back to Spain in a few months? If you're only going to date him and have some fun with the guy and there's no serious feelings on either of your parts, then there's no harm (in theory...) but, it sounds like you like him a lot and it could get serious on your part.

    I would talk to him, find out his definite plans, find out where you stand with him, then consider the pros and cons.
