Hi, I turned 25 a few days ago and am wondering does this increase my rate of payment? I heard somewhere that it did as I am living at home or something. Anyone know?

    Thanks

There is no increase with JSB but if you are on JSA there is and your parents means are not longer taken into account.

Thanks, yeah sorry its JSA I am on, my mistake. I am moving abroad to work in 3 weeks so was wondering if there would even be any point in updating my age as it might take a few weeks before my payment is increased and by that time I'll have signed off and left. Do you by any chance know if this is the case?

    Thanks

The system will recognise that you are 25 and adjust your payment accordingly.
