I have 5 away scores in Moate golf club and 1 in Castlebar golf club which yielded decent results yet my handicap hasent moved on golfnet or howdidido.com.... They are showing up on golfnet but havent changed my playing handicap.I shot 2 under my handicap in Moate and 5 under my handicap in Castlebar but i havent been docked in my handicap. I am relatively new to tournanment golf and i have no idea what to do regarding this besides just playing off what my card tells me at the machine for the next tournanment.

    What do i do.

    Contact your clubs handicap secretary.

If it is not changed you need to adjust your handicap yourself.

If they are showing up as away scores on golfnet then that means they are ready for your home club to download and process.
In the mean time you should apply any cuts to your handicap yourself when you play (but you must wait for .1s to be applied by your home club - you can't self-adjust upwards).
Playing off a lower handicap is ok but a higher one than you're entitled to is a DQ.
It's been covered on here regularly...

    Hi,
Are you sure your handicap has not come down from 11.4 to 10.6 or something like that? The CSS in Moate may have been 38 points so there may be no cut.

Cut yourself immediately, depending on your Handicap it is .1 to .3 for every shot under the Competition Standard Scratch and by the way any .1's have to be outside the Buffer Zone to get them back at the end of the month.
You are also obligated to report any decent scores yourself to your home club.
