Turbo trainer wanted

Looking for a turbo trainer with resistance levels so I can do interval training. Dont have much of a budget. Also needs to be relatively quiet so I dont annoy neighbours nextdoor. Also interested in rollers but think they might be out of my budget as rollers with resitance are more expesive.
Got cash and new rims,hubs,threadless stems for a part exchange

Hi....i've a turbo dying of boredom here....
Paid 80 for it on adverts in the spring, only used it twice so if i get back what i paid for it u'll be happy....

Hi,

Its a Tacx Cycletrack Magnetic...can't find a model number on it..it has a handlebar mounted changer with 10 resistance settings...comes with skewer and adaptor kit to change to 26'' wheels..
