    Hi,

    I see a deal on the Richersounds.com page for the YAMAHA RXV667 @ £250.
Could this be available from Belfast?
I am interested in an AV Receiver with at least 2 zones, I really only need 5.1. Initially I will start with just front L/R speakers and look at adding others later on.
Let me know if you have something else that might be suitable.

I am also interested in Monitor Audio BX1 in Walnut. Probaly 3 meters of speaker cable too.

    Thanks
    John

    Hi John.

Unfortunately that Yamaha 667 is a finished line and we cleared ours a number of weeks ago.

As they are ex display models etc, I can't order from another store.

I have 1 x Pioneer VSX920 which would be £279.95. This is an ex display model and the last one that I have.

I have the BX1's in stock in the walnut.

Let me know what you think.

    Hi Dave

Thanks for coming back to me.
The VSX920 seems to tick all the boxes for me and is a great suggestion. However having worked for a while in an retail electronics, I am not a big fan of ex-demos. I am sure this one is fine but I am in no hurry so will pass on this one. I will keep an eye here and on the website for future offers.

Thanks again and thanks for the original advise that has be looking at these options (prev. post).

    Cheers
    John

    Hi John.

    No problem.

Our demo units get very little use in here as we don't have the space for full blown A/V demos but I appreciate your stance.

The only thing that I will say is that the current ranges coming out from Denon, Yamaha, Onkyo etc, it's the £450 mark before you get the second output, so you may have to wait a while for the likes of the Onkyo 609 to come down in price before you'll get what you need.

Anyway, keep us posted if we can help with anything else.

    Cheers

    Dave
