    Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find it with the search.

Can anyone recommend a free online exercise tracker? Mainly to keep track of distances covered in running and swimming training, but also to keep a log of whatever other sports I do. I know I could do it with a spreadsheet, but since I'm going to keep it online I thought there might be some website with nice features to see my progress.

    Thanks!

www.mapmyrun.com has to be one of the best. You can log exact routes using the map function and it takes incline into account. Also there's an iphone version so it'll track you as you run if you like. Not just for running either, also cycling etc. Not sure about swimming. Hope this helps.

Hi try Sportstracker.com I use it for cycling and running, it will work on most smartphones and uses gps to give u a route map of your workout.

Thanks. I was wondering if some website exists that would let me integrate all my activities like soccer as well just to have an overview of how much I'm doing. Although now that I think about it maybe I'm better off using sport-specific ones like the ones you suggested that will do a much better job of tracking each activity seperately...

www.endomondo.com is pretty good. You can add in any workout type and also draw your routes on a map, add notes and check out some statistics
