Turning 21 - payment affected

    Hi

    I'll be turning 21 in a weeks time. I am currently in receipt of jobseekers allowance, will my payment of €100 per week be affected in any way prior to my birthday?

    No. If your still unemployed and meeting all the conditions on your 22nd birthday, and if SW rates remain the same, you'll get €144

    what about when you turn 23? does it rise again? I thought 21 was the age it goes up.. :\ so i can't get full dole til i turn what like 25? I'M ONLY 18............ OH MY GOD.. i'll be living with my parents for the rest of my life if the country doesn't find some feckin' jobs....
