where is eircom broadband available?

    were moving to cork and want to find a place with broadband available, it dosent have to be eircom but its prefered, in the west cork area between bandon/ clon/ enniskeane areas, thank yous!

    All these areas have bb. Just ask if the house has bb when yous are viewing it. Most houses in the property sections seem to state if they have bb or not these days.

    We are in that area and the only way to get reasonable broadband is to get satellite, ie digiweb.

    Our exchange is not equipped, and eg rapid has a limited range as does AHC.

    We have been using a vodafone stick, then wifi, but wildly erratic.
    And ongoing issues with vodafone.

    We are south of Enniskeane.

    Hoping to be with digiweb in the next week; we were told a year ago that this is the only viable option here but tried the others only to find that that is so.

    mobile bb is actually quite ok nowadays if you have good reception, o2 is 20 euro month for up to 7mb with 15 gb limit
