recurrent warning in system mechanic

Hi there, Over the past week i have had a warning of misalligned files and errors on the system drive. atleast 3 times i have received these in system mechanic and on each occasion i run the software to clean these up but a day or so later they are reported again... i am guessing it may be time for a new HDD!
