Long time fan of this forum esp during periods of high excitement eg TdF & Armstrong's travails etc

Anyway I know there is an extremely broad church of interests here and that very little goes unreported which is why I was very surprised to come across this

....two of the cyclists sat on the car's bumper while a third, his shorts rolled up and socks rolled down, was having even more embrocation massaged into his skin by his girlfriend. Across the crisp, shocking tan lines and over emphatic scars she stroked his legs and, when she lingered on his thighs her thumbs sank deep into the loose muscle......

.......nothing I had read here had prepared me for this kind of thing so further investigation was required and revealed ......

A group of cyclists can be identified even off their bikes: our shoulders have curled inwards, our thighs are thick with muscle, our arms are thin and our backs are arched. We pedal our bikes at 90 to 100 revolutions a minute and produce between 1,200-1,600 watts when we sprint. But we walk with a slow, shuffling gait.

I'm not sure what you were expecting from the second transcript but it reminded me of previous references on this forum to T-Rex. Anyway if you find this type of bike writing arousing you will find more here
