I was thinking about doing some outdoor exercises with Bootcamp or the like while summer lasts. Good reviews on here about them. Theres one called Fitsquad on boards deals at the moment also. If i showed up at one of these places would i be the only man there or are they designed for everyone?

Nah man,I did fitsquad before and it can be fairly mixed.theres enough guys to keep a competitive edge haha.It all depends on where you're based.I dont want u to think Im here to just promote, but I do one in deansgrange which is very male orientated (tough with lots of strength stuff),its the only reason I brought it up.but generally almost every bootcamp I've seen or done has had guys in it... I wouldnt be worried.think of it this way, worst case scenario... all those women and just you ;)

I attend bootcamp ireland, its 150e for an 8 week cycle (max 24classes) , there are definitely more females than males (maybe 6/4) but i couldn't recommend it highly enough. A great hour of a workout and enjoyable to boot!
