    It is strange alright. It seems to have been registered in Italy but is hosted in Ireland on a popular hosting provider's server. They have a very odd disclaimer at the bottom of their Services page too. I can't really understand it!

    Anyway, it's rife, I'm only surprised it took this long for a commercial server to pop up in Ireland (although I would seriously doubt the actual CS server is in Ireland!)
