I have noticed vitamin/mineral products in Boots other Chemists for hair and nails. In my view these seemed quite pricey compared to say a generic (own brand) multi vitamin or Centrum or Pharmaton. So have a look and make up your own mind by comparing prices and reading the labels to see what you are buying.

Also of course your hair condition may be simply a result of usual over processing that most of us are guilty of so bear that in mind too.:)

A few months ago I started using a B12 supplement called Cytacon (its for Vegans/Vegetarians and the elderly). And I have noticed a significant improvement in my hair and nails. I get it in my local chemist, it costs around €8.50, but I know they also sell in in Boots.
