Planning on traveling next year so looking to regularly save my money from now till then.

Looking for advice on what institution offer the best deal/service.
Absolutely clueless when it comes to money and banking.

From looking online it seems ESB and Ulster bank look good, but havent a clue so anyone care to put in the best direction.
