    Hello there,
I am looking to buy a new laptop for college, current one just isnt good enough anymore.
I am willing to spend up to €1200 and I am looking for a desktop replacement, strong graphics card big screen etc.
I was looking at the dell xps 17 but there seems to be problems with fans and overheating.
So where would be the best place to buy, hopefully something like dells website so you can change the specs etc.
    Thanks
    -Rev

It's safe alright, loads of threads on here, they have the best prices at the moment, they deliver in a few days, you may have to ring them after ordering as part of a security check.

Sadly the best gpu they offer seems to be the 540m, bar one but it uses an older processor than the rest.
    Know any other sites?

    elara
    komplett
    amazon

You could try manufacturers own sites aswell.

This one. Over budget abit, but it looks like your gonna have to break your budget if you want to get into that top section of graphics cards.
