Cyfra+ 0068

Has anyone found a work around to get 0068 entitlements updating on CCcam? I got through all last season fine but my new card arrived and it is giving me trouble updating 0068. 0000 updated fine. I know I can email Satsklep and get them to send the updates but I will most likely have to do this every couple of months. Has anyone found a CAM that will update this correctly?

Ccam 2.2.1 but whereas I used to have to go to one of the Cyfra canal channels now I find leaving on tvp1 or tvpinfo does the trick updating BOTH entitlements.

Yeah. I'm using 2.2.1 too and tried those channels but only 0000 updated. Strange!

Mine stopped updating about a month ago in 2.2.1 but an email to satsklep and they sent an update. Ever since they sent the update my card now updates fine once I leave in on tvp info.

Does anyone else know if any other CAM (NewCS, oSCAM etc.) updates this card? I have been onto Satskelp and they have been consistently ignoring me for the last few days!

Doesnt satsklep not sell cams for the cyfra card on their website?

Yeah they do. I meant SoftCAM though. I should have said!

I suppose I'm reiterating azzeretti's original point....Will CCcam activate a card? and if it does which version (I've seem 2.2.1 and 2.1.3 referred to)? I'd be particularly interested in an example of this working in the last couple of months.

yes ccam 2.2.1 does. i have used it to reactivate a card 2 months ago. the problem was i had not gone to a cyfra channel like tvp1 within the 8 weeks of 0068 expiring and i had to get satsklep to resend a signal which ccam 2.2.1 picked up and reactivated card. since then i have not used any of the canal channels to update the emms but have gone to tvp info or tvp1/tvp2 to keep the entitlements alive

I wrote a small script that will connect to my SoftCam(s) and check the entitlements on each card. If the entitlements gets within a customisable time (between now and then end of entitlements) it will email me to remind me to switch channels to let them update. I keep meaning to get it to auto switch channel at 3am or something but I haven't got around to it yet!

So....It's necessary to get the card activated by satsklep. A new prepaid card wont activate itself initially in CCcam.

Once activated it will update entitlements as long as it gets emms within each 8 week period.

That's clear to me now.

I did not use my Cyfra card during the summer months and missed an entitlement update. Got satsklep to reacivate the card and i now have an extra 2 months i.e. expires 14 months after first bought, so you can get 2 extra months footy viewing by not letting the card update during the summer months then reactivating it in August.
My card should have expired but i now have two months left
