Hi folks - the title pretty much says it all.... The Safari internet browser is not working on my Vodafone iPhone 4 today for some reason. Its not a case of a poor 3G signal, as Facebook, Twitter etc are working fine. I am based in the Lucan area of Dublin.

    Anyone else have this issue?

Is there a new update out at the moment which could fix this problem?

    cheers!

try reset network settings, you will need to enter any wifi passwords again though

I presume you have turned the iPhone off/on? Sounds simple but can sometimes resolve small issues with apps. Alternatively double tap the home button from the main screen and hold the safari icon and then exit out of it that way and try again?

Homer - i tried the double click option turning off safari, but it didn't work. However your "if in doubt" suggestion of turning it off and back on again has done the trick - many thanks!

    thanks to you too Guil!

    cheers!
