Random question on bond market / ETF's

I read this article today which ends with the advice:
What you, as investors, should do now is look at the bond exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that provide a positive rate of return when U.S. Treasuries drop in value.

I'm not saying I'm going to follow the advice but I'm curious as to how I would go about finding such an ETF? Where would I find descriptions of funds? And what about the fund would indicate that it increases when U.S. Treasuries drop in value?

I presume you are on about one of these inverse ETF's.

    Short 7-10 Year Treasury

    UltraShort 7-10 Year Treasury (Leveraged)

tbt is probably the most used one - leveraged at 2:1

    Ticker PST
    Intraday Ticker PST.IV
    CUSIP 74347R313
    Inception Date 4/29/08
    Expense Ratio 0.95%

I wouldn't suggest a retail investor touches these in a million years. These are for trading, not for investing (IMO).

Yeah, I was more just curious as to where you could track down an ETF or find out more about it given the description in the OP. It seems that you just have to be in the know or ask here :)
    Thanks for the replies.
