    Is there any difference between Sinn Féin and Anders?

    Both shot and bombed innocent people?
    Yet people vote for Sinn Féin in their thousands, while Anders is universally hated.

    Funny you should mention him actually... I read this today;
    Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik made a bizarre reference to Bloody Sunday in his 1500 page manifesto.

    Breivik has admitted carrying out the twin attacks that killed 76 people in Oslo last Friday.

    Writing in his 1500 page manifesto - 2083: A European Declaration of Independence - Breivik praises the role of the British army in the wake of Bloody Sunday in Derry.

    “There are few examples of the state being effective in a 4GW ( Fourth Generation Warfare) conflict.

    “The only major example is that of the British Army in Northern Ireland after the events of Bloody Sunday.

    “A notable theorist of 4GW, William Lind, believes that the reason for the British being successful in that conflict was that the British Army did not use heavy weapons in that period and that the British Government forces attempted to get to know the areas involved in the conflict.

    “Also according to Lind the British did not engage in collective punishment and desired to keep civilian casualties to a minimum.

    “In other words they won over the population by reducing the risk of damage to civilians and their property and by getting to know the local area.”

    Breivik also lists Sinn Fein in a compilation of Europe’s “cultural Marxist” organisations.

    The bombing in Oslo and the shooting spree on a nearby island - both admitted by Breivik - killed at least 76 people.

    And to answer your question, they are in no way similar.

    Do you mean the killing or the political outlooks of both?

    Admin hat on: I've taken the liberty of closing this thread for the sanity of everyone concerned. If the Politics mods feel for whatever reason that there's a discussion to be had here, they can re-open it.
