Anybody ever changed the Drive Shaft Flexi on an S124?Is it do-able for a lone driveway spannerhead with some gusto, axle stands and the best of intentions?

Have you been under to have a look? Are you sure the flex disk needs replacement and which one (one front, one rear). I take it there is a thunk/clunk when shifting gears. (auto or manual?)

(hey that was your 124th post!)

yep, did that job on a 300D and 300CE. Get her up high, onto the stands. Socket set and some extensions necessary. make sure the text on the coupling faces the correct way, zum gelenkwelle = to universal joint.
