Getting married in 2 months and have my heart set on wearing blue shoes...
I did buy a pair on eBay but they turned out to be far far too high...

Anybody seen nice royal blue shoes out there? In cork btw.

    What's your budget?
How high a heel would you be looking for?

are there any particular styles you'd prefer? strappy sandals/court shoes/wedding shoes etc.?

Lots of people wearing Irregular Choice Courtesan for weddings at the mo (cos they're gorgeous!), normally in the gold/cream colour but they come in blue too & beautiful, if slightly quirky and that may not be what you want

Thanks a million girls. I did see those shoes in schuh yest. Didn't have time to try them on as it was a few mins to 6 and they were closing. I like them, but if they had a bit of a platform sole they would be perfect.

I love irregular choice but they just don't seem to fit me right, was hoping for a simple plain shoe too, and as my bridesmaids are wearing blue I would love shoes to match them, a royal blue.

I did see a lovely pair in new look year but they only had size 3, and weren't getting them in again, I wonder can you order from new look website if I found them online...

    Hi there,
I came across a cool idea today, I was thinking of recommending to my sister for her wedding :)
It's basically a new sole for your shoe and you can get in any colour. They have blue ones for brides, I thought it was a nice idea. Irish company too.
Not exactly what you are after but who knows!

    Here a link to it

Hi there, yes I had thought of that, thanks for the link. The girl who owns that company is only like 17 or something, she was on Ian Dempsey a while back.
Its a good idea was have my heart set on blue shoes.
    Thanks anyway!

Could you get shoes dyed to the exact colour you want? I believe bridal shops can arrange it, especially for the Rainbow Club brand.

    Hi,
I'd love a pair of blue shoes for my wedding too, either blue or gold, can't decide which yet! I love the Irregular Choice ones but the heel is 10cm which I just could never wear. I rarely wear heels and had intended on wearing flats but am wondering about a mid heel now. Sorry, don't mean to hijack this thread, just wanted to say I'll keep an eye on ideas that other posters come up with, if that's ok! And good luck Silly with your search :)

No bother, let me know if you come across anything.

Thanks The Cool, they are lovely, but way beyond my budget.

Just bought these..... Hope they are ok. They are 1.5 inches shorter than the ones I bought that were too high... So fingers crossed.
