What are you talking about? The majority of ramps in Galway are fine??

i am going to assume op is talking about dublin(ramps are shit in dublin)
and the reason the ramps are worse in dublin than galway is the massive difference in the number of road users.
DUBLIN: size 921 km squared, pop. 1,122,600
GALWAY: size 6,148 km squared, pop. 208,826

Contact the council, give them the location of the ramp and tell them your car was damaged.

    Road Dept Link

One of my tyres blew out on a pothole up around Drogheda early this year.
I e-mailed the right people, gave them a Google map link to exactly where the pothole was, and explained politely that it was dangerous and unavoidable on a solid white lined road.

Result: Fixed within a week or two.

Unfortunatly AH'ers do not fix speed bumps, i would suggest the council but they do do it either.

Someone put a large T infront of ramps on all the signs in my town, whoever you are, you're an artist.

The best one I saw was in town, on the Luas track as it curves between the pod and the next stop, there's a "No Parking" sign. Someone changed it no "No Barking". I mean, dogs can't even read.

That's what they want you to think.
