Is it possible to use this stick via USB on my laptop? Looking to use it in conjunction with some Doujin titles.

It would be used on a laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

    This might help: http://www.digitalsapien.com/how-to-configure-a-hori-xbox-360-fighting-stick-ex2-for-use-in-windows

You just need to install XBCD to map the controls properly, should take a little work but I don't see why it wouldn't work really. I have the PS3 version and it worked as a plug and play controller with no setup necessary so you may even be lucky and have it work immediately

Thanks for the link. Additionally I bought two PS1/2>USB adapters today from .hk so I can hopefully use my Namco arcade stick on my laptop too. Much prefer that to the Hori but these drivers will do while I wait.

    Thanks again.

I used an Ex2 on PC before TE's were available and it worked out of the box on PC.

Also I'd recommend one of these, I use one with a namco on xbox360 and it works as a converter for PC too, it's completely lagless.
