Growing A Beard Young

Hi, I'm 16. A few months ago I started shaving. At first, as you know it was white and not very strong. Then the last couple of week's the hair under my chin and just at the top of my neck has started getting thicker and black. However, the hair on my cheek's and all around my lip's is still white and not getting much thicker.

I'd like to know is there any way to get the hair on my face to grow faster so that it will change to black hair like under my chin.

Relax, it will happen. Try not to dwell on it too much, if you stay clean shaven until 17-18 no-one will notice.

But welcome to facial hair. Literally! You picked a great place to come for shaving advice though..have a browse.

Welcome to manhood! (said in a light hearted way).

I hate shaving - and dammed be cursed I have to (wet) shave every day too as my beard grows thick and fast.... oddly no fecking hair grows on my head these days though.

What your seeing is normal - everyone is the same and everyone will be at home looking in the mirror wondering if they are normal - that is what being a teenager is all about!

One day when you’re fat and old and bald like me you'll look back and smile wryly about it! Really.
